Kyle Roach

President
At the ripe ol’ age of 4, Kyle began his endless quest for power and speed. He sold his first ride, a Shetland Pony, emptied his piggy bank, and bought his first set of wheels, a PW50 dirt bike! From there the endless journey for speed and horsepower may (or may not) have become a clinical problem that’s still evident today.
Halfway through his Mechanical Engineering degree, Kyle was called to his tools by the hot rods of the oil field; Gas Compressors big and small! For the last 20 years, Kyle has been commissioning units, optimizing service areas, building top-performing teams across the industry, and building great relationships along the way.
In 2021, Kyle decided to leave the large corporate structure he had been a part of his whole career and join the TCB team to be a part of building something unlike anything else in the industry! Truly Taking Care of Business!
Any chance Kyle gets he is off racing something, somewhere. Whether it’s a 4000HP Drag car, Short Course side by side, or a beat-up ol’ Mini Cooper, he is there for the adrenaline, excitement, and comradery!

Director of Supply Chain
Kevin Stinson has been a Supply Chain professional for over 25 years in various industries ranging from computer memory manufacturing to the world of natural gas compression. Undrafted by the NBA and unsigned by any Nashville Music Row record label that would let him in the door, it was clear the “money for nothing” career route was not in the cards. Hello, real world.
Kevin has served in senior management positions building supply chain systems and teams for multiple organizations. He joined the TCB Energy Services family in April 2023.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys playing sports and music. He spent several years playing in country and southern rock bands in the Oklahoma and Texas honky-tonk bar scenes. You can find some of Kevin’s original music on Apple Music and Spotify (shameless plug). Growing up, everyone in the Stinson family played an instrument or sang. Music is in the blood.
Kevin enjoys being in the middle of the action and getting things done…Takin’ Care of Business!

President of

Born and raised in the heart of the Midwest, Trevor discovered his love for tinkering at the age of 14 when he unwrapped a ’72 Ford Maverick for Christmas—a gift that seemed determined to keep him forever adorned in grease. This early love affair with machinery set the stage for a lifelong journey of fixing things and finding innovative solutions.
His journey into the wild world of technology commenced as an entry-level Software Engineer at a company pioneering one of the first industrial, internet-based remote monitoring solutions. Surviving the tumultuous dot-com bubble burst was no small feat, but Trevor emerged unscathed, albeit with a few more gray hairs and a newfound appreciation for stress balls.
With his Midwestern work ethic and a knack for turning technical mishaps into epic tales of triumph, Trevor quickly rose through the ranks to take the technical helm of the company. Along the way, he collected a handful of patents, led the technical aspects of several mergers and acquisitions, and became a bona fide expert in the art of fixing sh*tty IoT systems (technically speaking).
Despite his successes, Trevor remains humble, recognizing that industrial remote monitoring is a bit like trying to juggle chainsaws—it’s easy to drop the ball, but when you get it right, it’s a thing of beauty. Armed with his trusty toolbox and a healthy dose of humor, Trevor is always ready to tackle whatever challenges come his way.
When Trevor isn’t wrangling heavy machinery on his ranch, trying to coax it into preparing the land for a home build that’s taken on a life of its own, or tinkering with his latest project car, you can bet he’s still knee-deep in the world of IoT problem-solving. So, whether you need a guru to untangle your tech mess, want to brainstorm about a solution for a specific problem or just feel like sharing a whiskey and a round of sporting clays, Trevor’s your guy. Reach out, and brace yourself for an adventure!

Bryan was part of a gypsy community when he was young, or so it seemed. Or maybe his dad was in a witness protection program, either way, he moved regularly between California and New Mexico until around the age of 13. His parents finally decided to stay a few years in Farmington, New Mexico, and Bryan found his love of the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and riding anything in the dirt. Bryan’s first ride was a 1979 YZ-80, and in the years after, he had many types of dirt bikes, three-wheelers, and even some on four wheels.
After High School, Bryan spent 4 years in the US Army, and not long after coming back to Farmington, he decided to get into the oil and gas industry, so in 1998 started a job as a compressor operator. Bryan made friends with the safety guy for the company and eventually felt a strong interest in getting into that part of the industry, and in 2001 was hired as an HSE Coordinator.
Bryan has remained in the safety support part of the industry since, which has included many roles and places to call home, maybe some of that gypsy life rubbed off on him. Bryan and his team know and live HSE every day, so if you want a partner in helping to keep your people safe, and have some great conversation on anything outdoors, call Bryan and discuss.

VP of Total
Environmental Solutions
Joel surprised everyone by making it into the compression industry with his soft hands and seemingly no-pulse demeanor. He spent his last 25 years doing something very few get truly excited about, environmental permitting and compliance. The way he saw it is that he had three choices, get good at it, get out of it, or drink heavily. Bayou boys are known for doing some crazy things but quitting is not one of them. So, a little bit of getting good and a little bit of self-medicating was the technical approach used to get him where he is today.
He has a couple of personal achievements worth noting: (1) three-time beer pong champion in the Northeast Sub-Regional Baton Rouge Tournament (not officially sanctioned) and (2) longest keg stand in the almost 50-year-old category at College Station. Possibly more importantly, he also has an engineering degree from arguably the biggest party school in America – LSU.
He enjoys finding places to get lost in, and pretty much anything to do with sports. His long-term goals are to catch a 10-pound bass and make a hole-in-one on a par 3.

VP of Engineering
Meet Mohsin Khan, the engineering wizard with more twist and turns in my career than a rollercoaster ride! With over 25 plus years of experience tinkering with everything from jet engines to gas turbines to compressors, the ultimate mastermind behind the scenes.
Hailing all the way from Pakistan, my childhood dream of hitting the American turf came true, I was accepted with wide open arms & hearts. I proudly call Texas my Sweet Home!
When I am not busy conjuring up the engineering magic, you can bet I am off to some wild adventure with the fam, ticking off countries, or doing activities from my travel bucket list. And on my philanthropic escapades; I am everywhere from building houses with Habitat for Humanity to spreading good vibes at the local mosque. And did I mention I am a youth mentor and a pro at interfaith activities? Just can’t sit still, I love doing small DIY projects in my spare time!
But wait I am not just about engineering and saving the world one project at a time. I also have a knack for turning pages, and listening to music, and I can groove to any beat! Excellence? It’s practically my middle name!
So there you have it folks, the unstoppable force of nature, the philanthropic powerhouse, and an ultimate cool cat with a heart of gold.

Type A, overbearing, college dropout loves fast laps around the track and long walks on the beach. Looking for a long-term relationship (Business relationships).
Mike’s personality naturally lends itself to leadership and getting s#%* done, hence the name and mantra Taking Care of Business – TCB! Spending the last three decades leading, fixing, and building teams, businesses and deals generated confidence, flirting with cocky at times, and the desire to be an entrepreneur.
Adding just enough unconscious incompetence with the confidence led Mike to Co-Found TCB Energy Services, BHE Compression, and XStream Lift over the last five years which has been equally rewarding and painful.
Mike enjoys not sleeping mostly and when awake other than working spending time with his family, enjoying cars, breaking cars on racetracks, and time with the monkeys in Costa Rica!
If you like Pina Coladas, or even better wine, call me let’s make a deal!

Co-Founder
Pete’s youthful looks brilliantly hides his decades of compression experience. In addition to his application and fabrication expertise, he received two patents around technology that reduces the methane emissions of compression equipment. This base allowed him to become a serial entrepreneur co-founding TCB Energy Services, BHE Compression Services, and XStream Lift.
Born and raised in the Midwest, Pete quickly realized that Texas would be a huge upgrade, so he moved south upon receiving his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. After living in Texas for over 25 years, he considers himself a native.
To keep balance in his life he’s an advocate for personal health and wellness by keeping physically active with flip side vices of also being a tequila and cigar aficionado. As a former superbike rider who had an addiction to dragging his knee around corners, he has embraced the cliché “with age comes a cage” and now spends a lot of time (and money) trying to destroy sports cars and being a 24 Hours of Lemons Racer.

VP of Business Development
Garrett’s full head of lushes’ salt-n-pepper hair says almost all that needs to be said. Garrett comes from 3 generations of sales folks. Spending his first 13 years in the industry as an operator, moving into a mechanics role, and finally where he belonged all along, sales. It has been rumored that he was once seen selling ice to an Eskimo.
Garrett enjoys all things motorsports, and he’s an avid race car driver who has spent many years racking up the W’s. With just shy of 400 feature wins in his career, it’s easy to see that is his happy place.

Business Manager
Meet Adriana Serna, the driving force behind business management. Starting as a warehouse employee, Adriana has climbed the ranks through hard work and dedication, gaining invaluable experience in every aspect of compression fabrication and operations, from inception to completion. With a career spanning back to late 2001, Adriana is a seasoned veteran in the compression business.
Adriana is not just your everyday business manager, but she has a bit of a rebellious streak, bringing a unique blend of resilience and charm to her work.
During a company event, Adriana encountered another unexpected challenge. An intimate embrace with a tree left her dangling upside down, as her jacket pocket caught on the handlebar. It’s a miracle Adriana survived without even a dent in her pride although
later was suspended from any other outdoor team-building events until she completed a defensive driving course.
With a deep understanding of the business and a passion for excellence, Adriana has not only excelled in her role, but she has also contributed significantly to the teams’ achievements. From optimizing processes to leading teams, Adriana has a proven track record of success.
Adriana brings a blend of hometown grit and perspective to her work. When she is not busy paying bills or lighting a fire under the team, you’ll find Adriana indulging in her passions, whether it’s spending time with family and friends or embarking on outdoor adventures.
With Adriana at the helm, you can expect nothing less than top-notch leadership, innovation, and a touch of rebellious spirit.
